Genuine Hospitality. – At Aspen Creek Grill, our Kitchen Manager needs to know EVERYTHING about the back of house operations. Ok, maybe not everything, but definitely knows everything related to all operations on an opening, mid- or closing shift.

Specific qualifications include :

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience

Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus

Hands-on experience in back of house

Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage

Familiarity with POS Systems

Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)

Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
