Job Summary : We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing appointments, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our spa.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using our booking system.
• Provide detailed information about spa services, pricing, and promotions.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining client records and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure seamless service flow.
• Promote retail products and assist clients with purchases.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary to management.
