Marketing and Public Relations Specialist
MAIN FUNCTION :
The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist role is crucial in developing and executing strategies to enhance our brand presence. This role involves assisting with public relations activities and aligning marketing initiatives and collateral with our business goals. Responsibilities include website editing for both WCH and BMS, managing the VIP loyalty program WCH Friends, and managing and creating Google profiles for both WCH and BMS. Additionally, the specialist ensures the accuracy of payroll timesheets for each department member, coordinates photo shoots as the in-house photographer and uses these images for the website and all other marketing materials. The role also includes providing interim coverage for Volunteer Services, designing collateral for Auxiliary and Volunteer Services, and acting as a resource for the transportation scheduler.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS :
- Computer Skills : Excel, PowerPoint, desktop publishing, Word. Excellent word processing skills.
- Proven experience as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist or similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with the ability to maintain multiple projects and / or job duties.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to function independently and collaboratively within a team; shows initiative; is creative and well-organized
- Demonstrates exceptional customer services skills

Create engaging content for various marketing collateral.Edit and update websites for WCH and BMS.Manage and create Google profiles for WCH and BMS.Program and Profile Management :
