Job Overview

You will build and lead PR and communication efforts for T-Mobile's prepaid brands. Collaborating with marketing and business partners, you will develop and execute creative PR strategies across various channels, advise leadership, and secure media coverage in broadcast, print, and online outlets. A strategic thinker with a proven track record of innovative storytelling is ideal.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office weekly, located in Bellevue, WA.

Job Responsibilities

Develop tailored media campaign plans and pitch unique story concepts to leadership.

Engage with influencers, organize events, and create new opportunities.

Utilize data and insights to generate news, stories, and community engagement programs.

Build and maintain relationships with reporters and handle issues proactively.

Support various projects in coordination with agency resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years in communications / media strategy, preferably in PR / marketing agencies or fast-paced corporate environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Deep understanding of newsworthiness and media coverage strategies.

Ability to collaborate across teams and understand social media's role in media relations.

Strong writing, editing, and creative campaign experience, especially in retail or consumer industries.

Base Pay Range : $88,900 - $160,400. Corporate bonus target : 15%. Actual pay based on location, qualifications, and experience.
