Overview
Our client is a well-established, multi-location medical aesthetics practice seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Injector to join its team. The ideal candidate is a skilled provider with strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and a patient-first approach. Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable and medical aesthetic treatments (Botox®, dermal fillers, etc.)
- Conduct professional consultations, skin assessments, and create treatment plans
- Ensure patient safety, proper documentation, consents, and adherence to protocols
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience with warmth and professionalism
- Build and maintain a loyal patient base through high-quality care and service
- Collaborate with the MedSpa team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Maintain treatment rooms per safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in training, continuing education, and marketing events
- Mentor and support new team members
- Uphold professional standards of appearance, conduct, and service
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted NP, ARNP, or PA license in CaliforniaValid HIPAA and OSHA certificationsSpecialized training / certification in injectablesMinimum 1+ years of experience with medical aesthetics injectables (2–3 years preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsPassion for aesthetics, patient care, and professional developmentSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focusedBenefits
