Pay Rate- $15.50 / hr on W2 with commission and $1000 bonus

Description : Responsible for driving sales for client products and services in an approved Big Box Retail location or other assigned location while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a professional manner.

Responsibilities :

• Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of client product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless).
• Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services.
• Ensures individual sales targets are met
• Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives
• Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers
• Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues
• Strives to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills
• Contributes to sales area up-keep and cleanliness
• Clearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities and continuously expands on industry knowledge.
• May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to 'home store' to meet the needs of the business
