Position : RN Unit Manager

Pay Range : Starting at $47.00 / HR

Location : Willapa Harbor Care, 1100 Jackson St., Raymond, WA 98577

What you will do :

• Create and distribute daily work assignments to staff
• Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following the facility policy and procedures - redirecting or educating as necessary
• Participate in training programs and assist with new staff orientation
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents
• Process / assist with all new admission orders
