HVAC Systems Development Engineer - Now Hiring!

The ICE / PHEV / BEV HVAC System Bench and Benchmarking Engineer will lead the system bench setup and validation while optimizing interaction among Air flow system, refrigerant system, controls, battery chiller systems, electronic TXVs and solenoid valve, high voltage electric air conditioning compressors for Stellantis Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) applications. Will be responsible for competitive vehicle benchmarking for component sizing, system optimization and innovat ion that can be implemented in Stellantis vehicles.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Define subsystem and product architecture requirements based on vehicle PHEV / BEV HVAC system applications.
• Develop product specifications and evaluate supplier technical solutions.
• Provide technical clarification of designs with HVAC system engineers and cross functional teams.
• Develop test strategies and validation plans for system bench.
• Resolve issues and problems that arise.
• Benchmark competitive vehicles.
• Provide innovative solutions for both component and system level for optimum performance.
