Recruiting Assistant
Great Work makes it easy to find a job. Since 1992, we connect office and factory job seekers with our clients who have local job openings. Currently, we are looking for someone to assist with recruiting, interviewing and screening applicants for our clients. A degree in HR is not necessary. We are looking for people who are helpful, like working in a busy environment and are comfortable with inbound / outbound phone work. The job is computer based (meaning everything is put in the computer). If you'd like the opportunity to move away from your current role in a call center, as a retail supervisor or production lead... this could be the perfect opportunity to start a new career!

Qualifications :
You have to love people.You have to love working via the phone and communicate in a manner that people want to communicate with you we build relationships.You have to love coming to work this is not remote and we need people that are reliable and want to work in a team environment.You have to love computers and data entry everything is documented in a computer, so we need speedy data entry skills.You have to be sales minded we have employees that are clients and companies that are clients. Every touch is a sales call in our mind. We strive to have each call be kind, courteous, responsive, and helpful.Schooling is important but we know there are a lot of ways to be trained : 2 years on the job, 2-year degree, vocational HS diploma, military training or a 4-year degree that you found out wasn't for you we take them all. Bilingual is a plus!
