Overview

Job Title : Construction Project Coordinator. The Construction Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication between teams run smoothly, helping projects stay on track and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with daily oversight of multiple construction projects.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, and prepare status reports.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and permits.
  • Help resolve issues that may impact scheduling, quality, or costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction coordination or administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
