Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bend, OR United States. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.

Responsible for courteously receiving customer requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations. Achieves a rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service

Follow up on inquiries by checking computer on systems for delivery information. Works closely with transportation and salespersons regarding deliveries and scheduled shipments

Understands all products / produce on hand (in stock) and on order

Notify and assist salespersons by communication of customers' needs and preferences by providing support and assistance including administrative tasks and special projects

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Responsible for keeping a current call schedule including times, names and phone numbers

Make sure all orders are submitted before cut off times

Identify and communicate common customer concerns to the management team

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong active listening abilities and empathy towards customers

Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous customer service experience preferred

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers

Work shift to include split days off. Must be able to work Monday, Friday and Saturday. Split day is negotiable.
