The Role :

Acts in compliance with all company and regulatory regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Understand and respond to internal guests' needs.
• Communicate in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner.
• Provide consistent, timely, and accurate information; find answers when unsure.
• Use outlined service behaviors when encountering guests.
• Meet expected service delivery times as defined by department standards.
• Be a team player, cooperating with colleagues across departments.
• Speak positively about the company, co-workers, and guests.
• Maintain surveillance on designated areas and activities.
• Assist with training new Surveillance officers per standard procedures.
• Record any irregular activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Note : Employees must adhere to NJAC regulations 13 : 69D-1.10 and 1.11 and sign an acknowledgment prior to employment in the Surveillance Department.
