Doctoral Lead Faculty in Finance

A company is looking for a Lead Faculty in the Department of Financial Operations Professions (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, engaging online instruction and foster a supportive learning environment

Develop and improve courses and instructional practices in collaboration with academic support teams

Participate in service activities, including governance, mentoring, and accreditation efforts

Required Qualifications

Earned master's degree with applied professional experience in finance, healthcare leadership, healthcare administration, or accounting

Earned doctorate and a minimum of five years applied professional experience in healthcare administration, healthcare finance, or accounting preferred

Familiarity with best practices in teaching and learning, particularly in virtual environments

Experience in higher education teaching, faculty development, and instructional design preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills with a collaborative, student-centered approach
