Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations, partnering closely with the sales team and VP of the market to ensure that all projects are a success.
• Properly scope the design project by conducting a design handoff meeting with the sales representative and client to ensure project scope and alignment.
• Meet with the client to present initial ideas; discuss and probe for specifics the client may have regarding the design or installation.
• Stay within budget for custom furniture and accessory purchases.
• Create an installation road map and inform the scheduler of needs, working within the negotiated deadlines.
• On-site management of the installation crew; ensure completion within the allotted time frame (typically 1 to 3 days).
• Communicate daily feedback and install requirements to sales and the scheduling department for each day prior to install or changes.
• Photograph completed work, including all rooms and products.
• Create a thorough and organized inventory list using the provided template and account for all installed items.
• Create an invoice for the project, including hours spent and image receipts related to the project.
• Personally manage and execute the design project to the best of your ability and represent the organization to the client with positivity and integrity.
