Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist position at an AL / IL community outpatient clinic to treat patients in Maumelle / Conway / Heber Springs, AR. This is a float position between Mira at Maumelle, Stone Bridge Senior Living and Stonebridge Senior Living-Conway.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
