Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Language Instructor to support full-service language immersion programs in Costa Rica. Instructors will deliver high-quality classroom instruction and facilitate cultural immersion experiences for small student cohorts (5–10 participants). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about teaching, cross-cultural exchange, and experiential learning in immersive environments.

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver structured and engaging language instruction tailored to the cohort’s proficiency level.
• Incorporate cultural topics and real-world scenarios into daily lesson plans.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to support full cultural immersion, including local customs, history, and practical language use.
• Escort and support students during organized field trips and cultural activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and immersive learning environment throughout the program duration.
