Key Responsibilities
Create a positive first impression by gathering necessary information for member onboarding
Manage member inquiries through calls, emails, or chats within established turnaround times
Document all communication and hand off members to the Member Care Services team after onboarding
Required Qualifications
Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Understanding of Worker's Compensation Claims Process and related terminology
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Multi-lingual with fluency in a language other than English preferred
