Safety & Culture Coordinator
The Safety & Culture Coordinator will support both our Marketing Department and our ARC100 Safety Culture Journey. This role requires strong organization skills, excellent communication, and a passion for marketing and building positive workplace culture. Additionally, knowledge of culture development, engagement, and marketing concepts will help drive success. Responsibilities are shared supporting the Marketing Department and the ARC100 Safety Culture Journey. Duties will include administrative functions, compiling reports, and event planning and travel coordination. Other responsibilities include :
- Update spreadsheets, databases, inventories, and internal documents with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
- Coordinate travel, schedules, and logistics for meetings, events, and team activities.
- Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
- Support the ARC100 Safety Culture Journey by coordinating communications, activities, and recognition programs.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
About You :
Bachelor's degree preferred or equal experienceExcellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, design applications, and social media applications.Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detailMust be able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet assigned deadlines.Must be comfortable facilitating training virtually and in-personExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
