Overview

Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Tabs. This role is responsible for scaling the AI, Engineering, Product, and Support teams by owning the recruiting process end-to-end and partnering with technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for Technical teams
  • Actively source and engage top candidates, not waiting to be found
  • Design interview processes that are fair, fast, and focused on quality
  • Be a trusted partner to hiring managers
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience, even for candidates who do not receive an offer
  • Champion recruiting best practices and help build a scalable hiring machine
  • Extend and negotiate offers to close top performers

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience (at least two with technical roles)
  • A closer who can find, engage, and close top candidates
  • A builder who helps shape processes and set high talent standards
  • A partner with strong communication, influence, and collaboration across functions
  • Hungry, curious, and energized by startup speed

    New York, NY (NYC-based team; in-office collaboration 4–5 days per week)

    Compensation

    Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr
