Our ideal Service Manager is tasked with coordinating and help overseeing the organizations operations. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we're looking to find someone that can keep moral boosted with a robust, 'lets get it done' attitude in a company that rewards individual contributions and has fun while doing it.
Responsibilities :
Develop, train, and oversee supervisors and staffEnsure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayImprove operational management systems, processes, and best practicesPurchase materials, plan inventory and oversee employee productivityHelp the organizations processes remain legally compliantFormulate strategic and operational objectivesExamine financial data and use them to improve profitabilityManage budgets and forecastsPerform quality controls and monitor production KPIsFind ways to increase quality of customer serviceSkills and Qualifications :
Proven work experience as a manager or similar roleKnowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementThe ability to work constructively with a wide range of personalitiesFamiliarity with business and financial principlesLeadership abilityOutstanding organizational skillsDegree in Business, Management or related fieldFlexibility and ability to bounce between projects quicklyProfessional appearance, maintaining a positive image at all timesConsistent personality with the ability to separate personal and business issues.Excellent follow-through, taking initiative and not requiring much directionSuperior communication skills, both verbal and writtenPosition Requirements :
Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years of experience in business operations OR High School / GED and at least 7 years of experience in business operationsAn attitude of confidence, in being flexible and able to bounce between projects quicklyA strong desire to deliver a great experience for both employees and customers, simultaneouslyA fun, customer-focused attitude; combining a can-do spirit with knowledgeable experienceQualifications
BBA (Preferred)Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word / Excel (for example : creating and modifying text styles, numbering and sorting lists, working with sections and columns, formatting tables, and using templates and using diagrams and drawing tools)A message from our Business Owner :
