What will the Senior Network Engineer do?
Lead day-to-day network operations and mentor junior networking staffDesign and implement network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access pointsTroubleshoot complex network issues and provide Level 3 supportDevelop and execute a long-term technical roadmap in collaboration with leadershipManage network monitoring, documentation, and change control processesSupport major infrastructure projects, including new facility buildoutsParticipate in on-call rotation and occasional off-hours supportTravel locally to sites (up to 50%); most within 20 miles of the central officeWhat the company needs in a Senior Network Engineer :
5+ years of experience in WAN / LAN, datacenter environments, and hybrid / cloud infrastructureHands-on experience with Aruba / HP networking (Cisco / CCNA backgrounds transferable)Strong knowledge of VLANs, IP addressing, subnetting, and packet-level traffic analysisFamiliarity with VoIP, SAN, virtualization, Microsoft Exchange, and endpoint device managementExperience with ServiceNow workflows (Incident, Request, Problem, Change Management)Excellent communication and mentorship skills; ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsCertifications preferred : Cisco (CCNA), CNP, or equivalentDegree preferred but not required; relevant experience and certifications may offsetBonus Points :
