Job Title : Medical Director - Geriatric Medicine

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new participants and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and implement medical treatment plans based on participant needs.
• Participate in the Intake and Assessment decision alongside applicants and caregivers.
• Discuss medical conditions and future care plans with participants and their families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic health care solutions.
• Supervise the health care programs designed by the team.
• Educate participants on health maintenance and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and document findings.
• Participate in on-call rotation as necessary.
