Responsibilities
Coaching & Business Development
- Partner with agency owners to review performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement growth strategies
- Provide expertise on managing and expanding a book of business across P&C, Life, Commercial, and Financial Services
Training & Talent Development
Assess skill gaps and deliver customized training for agents and staffLead workshops on sales, customer experience, compliance, and product knowledgeSupport onboarding and early development of new agentsPerformance Management
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and coach agencies toward hitting their goalsReport progress and recommendations directly to the District ManagerGuide underperforming agencies back to profitability and growthMarketing & Growth Support
Advise on marketing strategies including digital presence, local networking, and community involvementShare tools and resources to help agencies build strong pipelines of new businessOperational Excellence
Consult on staffing strategies, hiring, and office workflowsProvide guidance on systems, processes, and change managementRequirements
2+ years of professional experience (insurance industry preferred, but not required)Ability and commitment to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses within an agreed timeframe (support and guidance provided)Strong understanding or interest in learning insurance agency operationsAnalytical mindset with the ability to review performance metrics and recommend solutionsExcellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRMs or agency systems is a plusBachelors degree preferred (not required with relevant experience)
