Your Responsibilities

• Leadership & Management : Guide physicians, practice managers, and clinical leaders in daily operations. Be the go-to clinical resource for LPNs, MOAs, and clerical staff. Ensure that patient interactions are warm and professional by implementing AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You). Recognize and celebrate staff achievements while providing constructive coaching when needed.
• Patient Care : Drive the success of our practice goals by collaborating with triad leadership to enhance patient satisfaction, employee engagement, financial growth, and quality outcomes.
• Issue Resolution : Address concerns promptly during patient rounds and follow up with the lead physician and nurse manager. Stay informed about high-risk patients and ensure their care plans are up-to-date.

Physical Requirements

This role involves medium work, requiring the ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently. You will need to be comfortable with frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
