Plant Coordinator

Our company, a prominent player in the nutraceutical industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Coordinator for our 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess a strong background in plant coordination. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of productivity, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily plant operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring that production schedules are met and that all activities are carried out efficiently.
• Supervise and support plant staff, providing guidance and training as needed to maintain a high level of performance.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all plant activities adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards promptly.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring that supplies are adequate and properly stored.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and employee performance. Prepare and submit shift reports to management.
• Facilitate effective communication between different shifts and departments to ensure continuity and address any issues that arise.
