Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team as Weekend Home Health Caregivers. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care and support to our client during the weekends, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. Your responsibilities will include :

• Adapting to the client's needs as required
• Providing medication reminders as needed.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
• Engaging in companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, 10 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM (or) every other Saturday and Sunday
