Description :

Registered Nurse needed for an Emergency Room setting.

Responsible for managing nursing care from admission to discharge.

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and hygiene.

Respond to medical and environmental emergencies.

Collaborate with medical staff for optimal patient care.

Administer treatments and medications in a timely manner.

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families.

Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.

Monitor patient conditions and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans through observation and communication.

Maintain documentation of patient assessments and care plans.

Coordinate with various disciplines to address patient care needs.

Assure that all nursing processes and assessments are completed timely.

Exercise clinical judgment in managing patient care in complex situations.

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
