Key Responsibilities
Manage contracts from capture through proposal and administration phases
Review customer Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and provide contractual recommendations
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and oversee contract performance
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in contracts management and negotiation
Knowledge of contract administration processes and federal regulations
Ability to develop advanced contractual concepts and solutions
Experience in collaborating with functional organizations and customers
Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation in contract execution
