Overview
This position provides direct service to patients in a Behavioral Health Program area.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or other related field and appropriate level of field experience and coursework.
CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
Licensed to independently provide psychotherapy in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
TACT Certified Level II (as assigned by supervisor)
CPR Certified (as assigned by supervisor)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the Driver's License Check and / or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and / or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written / oral instructions.

Patients, families, physicians, community and regulatory agencies, and other hospital and clinic personnel.
SPECIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION
Supervised by the Clinical Supervisor, Psychiatry staff members and / or Program Supervisor Manager. Requires a high level of independent judgment. The position has the potential for substantial latitude and independent action.

May supervise student interns as assigned.
