The Construction Project Manager will manage both residential and commercial construction projects. From start to finish the role ensures projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on time and on budget, and that each rebuild project's unique challenges are met. The manager will interact daily with subcontractors, in-house craftsmen, property managers and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed to high quality standards and within budget.
  • Interact with subcontractors, craftsmen, property owners, property managers and insurance professionals.
  • Handle time and material work and maintain project schedules.
  • Provide opportunity to develop into a Construction Manager role.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum two years hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team oriented and able to communicate with property owners.
  • Experience with time and material work.
  • Preferred : Xactimate estimating skill.
  • Preferred : Contractor's license.

    • Compensation

    Base salary plus profitability bonuses, company vehicle, gas card, toll pass, laptop, smartphone and tools. Full medical, optional dental and optical, 401(k) plan provided.
