Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of customer interactions through calls, live chat, and emails
Deliver accurate account information, process payments, and document all interactions
Manage follow-ups in the Premium Billing System and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a high-volume contact center with voice and chat channels in a remote environment
Typing speed of 40+ WPM with strong grammar and spelling
Experience with Genesys and / or Zoho is a plus
A customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
