Coordinates patient care by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION : # Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and have a current Registered Nurse license with the state of Connecticut. # Must be trained in de-escalation techniques, as prescribed by ECHN, and receive certification within the orientation period of hire. # Must receive RQI certification within three (3) months of hire and maintain clinical competency during employment within this role.
