For over thirty years, MAC Metal Architectural has been offering its customers high-end steel roofing and siding products designed and manufactured entirely in Canada. This position will be based in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.

The preferred candidate will have to work with builders, architects, and manage the dealer's representatives to promote MAC to their customers. Experience in the building material industry is mandatory. All candidates must provide examples of being both a relationship builder and creative self-starter.

Job Description

Job Summary :

MAC Metal Architectural is seeking a Sales Representative responsible to create brand awareness in the market. This will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, including developing and maintaining customer relationships while providing world class customer service. The preferred candidate must reside in territory and acquire new stocking dealers throughout the territory.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and margin targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a high level of knowledge on products, installation and construction standards, customer needs and services, as well as an understanding of local competitive products.
• Identify and initiate contact with relevant individuals within assigned accounts, prospects, and industry associations to identify and develop programs, projects and opportunities that have potential to generate revenues.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, physical displays, and demonstrations for the application of MAC Metal Architectural products.
• Participate in internal and external events, such as trade shows or industry association meetings that promote MAC Metal Architectural in the Mid-Atlantic market.
