TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Intermediate Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 16 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, rotating Employment Type : Travel UNIT : Observation Unit Information : 8 bed unit- 2 RNs on each shift 1 : 4 patient ratio Background in observation units, or step-down MS / Tele units. Ability to read and interpret strips is required. Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance. Observation unit. Anemia, Cellulitis, COPD, CHF, Dehydration, pre -op, Urology and GI, Drips (Drips include, but not limited to : Cardiac Cardizem, Nitro ,Insulin, Heparin) Average stay up to 48 hrs. High amount of admissions and discharges Minimum Experience : 3 years. 1 travel assignment REQUIRED Charting Experience : EPIC REQUIRED. Required Certifications : WI RN License, BLS.
