Position Summary
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Strong marketing strategy background, digital content, communications, independent work with collaborative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Manage and grow NETLab’s social media presence on LinkedIn and industry networks
- Draft, edit, and publish newsletters, website updates, press releases, client communications
- Support design and execution of email marketing campaigns and outreach programs
- Coordinate NETLab’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics and promotional materials
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of professional marketing experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), social media management toolsStrong organizational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlinesSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with environmental science or technical industries a plus, not requiredPart-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)Potential for hybrid work environment – some remote flexibility, in-office preferredCompetitive hourly rate, commensurate with experienceOpportunity for growth and increased responsibility as role developsHow to Apply
