Position Overview

Aspirus Health is seeking a Director - Imaging South Region to lead our team. The Director will plan, direct, and oversee activities, programs, and services within their responsible departments. Responsibilities include developing and securing approval for goals and objectives, implementing plans and budgets, and coordinating efforts with other functions. The role may involve managing subordinate managers and staff, monitoring regulatory changes, approving policies, and evaluating results. The Director will make decisions impacting business plans, strategic goals, and financial outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
• Leadership training and experience
• Financial management skills
• Knowledge of Lean methodology or related concepts
• Financial budgeting expertise
• Customer service methods
• Strategic planning abilities
• Employee engagement strategies
