We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service to employees, leadership, and visitors at a global headquarters. This is a long-term contract position that provides a unique opportunity to support high-profile meetings, events, and workplace operations in a meticulous and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a meticulous and welcoming first impression.
- Coordinate and manage on-site events, including securing venues, arranging setup and teardown, and overseeing event logistics.
- Support leadership and board meetings by preparing materials, managing schedules, and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Oversee workplace services such as mail distribution, office supply management, and onboarding processes.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints from employees and visitors with a customer-focused approach.
- Monitor and coordinate janitorial or maintenance requests to maintain a well-functioning workplace environment.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services required for operations.
- Follow established security and emergency procedures to ensure the safety and security of the building.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Excel, to create schedules, presentations, and reports.
- Represent the organization with a composed and meticulous demeanor, maintaining high standards of communication and appearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or event coordination.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience in managing events and coordinating logistics.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with workplace security protocols and vendor coordination.
