Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth scheduling and transportation of shipments, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule domestic truck shipments to and from vendors
• Coordinate the routing, tracking, and timely delivery of shipments
• Communicate with warehouses to confirm freight readiness
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (bills of lading, labels, invoices, etc.)
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for all shipments
