Mr. Electric of Land O' Lakes, Lakeland, and Riverview is actively seeking dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Installers to join our installation team! In this role, you'll execute residential and light commercial installations under the direction of a Project Manager, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Meet with the Project Manager to review job expectations and plans

Execute electrical installations in accordance with NEC, local codes, and company standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during and after jobs

Use hand and power tools, meters, and testing equipment safely and correctly

Track materials used and update job invoices accordingly

Walk customers through completed projects, collect payments, and request reviews

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and jobsite safety reviews

Perform warranty / recall work, noting product defects appropriately

Operate company vehicle in accordance with state / federal laws and company policies

Maintain accountability for tools, inventory, and vehicle upkeep

Qualifications

Required :

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of electrical experience in a residential or commercial setting

Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC)

Experience using electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces

Preferred :

Experience with residential / light commercial service environments

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar job management software

Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
