Assist with managing budgets, controlling costs, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Handle guest concerns or operational challenges promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive dining experience and team morale.
We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager for a highly regarded fine-dining Italian restaurant located in beautiful Naperville, IL . This modern, upscale establishment is known for its innovative menu, top-tier service, and luxurious ambiance.
Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus, comprehensive healthcare, 401k, PTO, and more!
Requirements :
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with at least 2–4 years in a supervisory or assistant general manager role in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold staff accountable to company standards.
- Solid understanding of financials, including budgeting, P&L management, labor and cost controls, and the ability to analyze and act on key performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a positive work culture.
