Build precision tooling that brings robots to life

Step onto the bench and into a day where you turn prints into working end-of-arm solutions. You’ll review drawings, sketches, 3D PDFs, and E-drawings; stage kits; assemble, tube, and wire; fine‑tune fits; and validate performance against customer samples. Your craftsmanship helps customers run reliably and on time.

What a typical day looks like

  • Pull and organize machined and purchased components into a clean, ready‑to‑assemble kit.
  • Assemble mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical elements using standard hand tools.
  • Tube and wire, including point‑to‑point wiring and soldering for basic series / parallel DC circuits.
  • Modify or fit components as needed; document any changes.
  • Install cable ties, terminal strips, manifolds, and related hardware neatly and securely.
  • Adjust completed tooling to match the customer’s sample for function and fit.
  • Photograph builds and complete test sheets for quality records.
  • Pitch in on special projects and other tasks as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant manufacturing / mechanical experience.
  • Confident with wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and taps.
  • Hands‑on electronics basics : soldering, reading simple circuits, and point‑to‑point wiring.
  • Computer basics : Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Clear communication with customers, vendors, sales, fabricators, and teammates; capable of writing reports and documentation and interpreting technical specs, charts, and blueprints.
  • Comfort solving practical problems with limited standardization; able to follow written, verbal, diagrammatic, and scheduled instructions and integrate customer / sales input.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, fax).

  • Job Type : Full-time / 1st Shift
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday; overtime available
  • Pay : Starting at $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience / qualifications)
