Our client, a leader in the chemical industry, is hiring a Plant Manager to lead operations at their Port Lavaca facility.

Experience : 8+ years managing reactive chemical plants

Education : Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

Team : 25 employees

Compensation : $180K base + strong bonus + full benefits
