Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product recommendations. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The Sales Consultant will also be involved in consultations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design education.
• Experience within a design firm or the high-end furniture and luxury goods industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service, retail, and furniture store environment.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 2-D CAD Software : AutoCA
• 3-D Modeling : SketchUp or Rhino
