Job Title : Personal Injury Paralegal
Job Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location : Mount Laurel, NJ
Pay : $55,000 - $70,000 Per Year
Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Mt. Laurel, NJ office, with one remote day available after 90 days.

Job Description
- Maintain positive client communication, including monthly treatment updates
- Request and manage medical records, bills, liens (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Workers Comp.), and PIP ledgers
- Review and summarize medical records and prepare billing summaries
- Draft and assemble demand packages to insurance adjusters
- Draft and e-file pleadings (Complaints, Motions, Arbitration Statements, Settlement Conference Memos)
- Draft Interrogatories, requests for production, admissions, supplemental discovery, and motions
- Organize and analyze discovery documents from plaintiffs and defendants
- Schedule depositions, arbitration, expert exams, and case events
- Prepare settlement documents, distribution statements, and related filings
- Perform case management and track deadlines independently
- Support trial preparation as needed
Requirements
Must have 2+. years of experience in personal injury law.Must have e-filing experience.NICE TO HAVES :
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)Strong drafting, e-filing (NJ), and case management skillsFamiliarity with medical records, billing, and terminology preferredProficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and legal document management systems (FileVine or similar)Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independentlyPositive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentBilingual Spanish a plusBenefits
