Join the team at KOC in our Clinical Department, where we provide personalized care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Assistant who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC University, KOC North, KOC Maryville, KOC Turkey Creek and KOC Sevierville.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greets and rooms patients
  • Obtains patient information, vitals, history, and medications
  • Prepares exam rooms and restocks materials
  • Real-time scribing of provider-patient encounters and documents clinical care in EHR
  • Assists physician, provides patient education and discharge instructions

Preferred Experience and Qualifications :

  • Medical office experience required
  • Basic EHR proficiency (NexGen preferred)
  • Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program or equivalent training
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
