The Fresh Juice and Prepared Produce Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations within the Fresh Juice and Prepared Produce section, which includes cut fruit, packaged produce, and juiced items. This role leads the department in delivering exceptional Customer Service, maintaining fresh and full displays, executing production schedules, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards. The Manager trains, supports, and holds Team Members accountable while collaborating with the Produce Manager and Store Leadership to meet department goals and margin targets.

What you will bring :
Experience leading or supervising a team in a retail or food production setting.
Strong knowledge of produce handling, rotation, food safety, and merchandising.
Ability to meet departmental margin, labor, and shrink targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push / pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
What you will do :
Lead, train, and coach Team Members in daily production, rotation, packaging, and merchandising of all Prepared Produce items.
Ensure full, fresh, and appealing displays that meet Plum Market quality and presentation standards.
Execute daily par levels, manage prep guides, and ensure consistent product availability.
Monitor product rotation and labeling to maintain food safety and freshness standards.
Maintain proper use of cut gloves, knife safety, and adherence to sanitation protocols.
Collaborate with the Produce Manager on ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
Support Team Members in delivering knowledgeable, friendly service to all Customers.
Communicate effectively with Team Members, Store Leadership, and the Director Group.
Uphold all Plum Market policies, food safety procedures, and standard operating practices.
