We are searching for a dynamic Director of Sales to take the helm of our sales strategy and drive revenue success in the heart of Silicon Valley. Annual Compensation for this role is $105,000-$107,000 plus bonus potential.

Job Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the hotel’s sales department to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the sales team to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality market.

Working Conditions
Full-time position; may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
Travel Requirements

Pay Scale
$36.96-$91.79. Rate depends upon state / market.
