About the Role : Potato Grader

As a Potato Grader, you'll help maintain the quality and consistency of our product by sorting potatoes based on color, variety, length, width, and overall quality . This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Location : Paragon Plant 8550 Central Sands Road, Bancroft, WI

Shift : 2nd Shift; Start time : 3 p.m.

Schedule : 40+ hours per week

Pay : Starting at $14 / hour

Season Begins & Ends : September through December

What Youll Need to Succeed :

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills regarding product quality

Willingness to work a consistent seasonal schedule
