We are looking for a dynamic, and creative professional to join our team as an Event Coordinator . This role is ideal for someone passionate about event planning, photography, and execution. You will play a key role in organizing and managing global sales and HR events that engage, inspire, and deliver memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute global sales and HR events from concept to completion.
- Capture high-quality photos and event moments for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, travel, accommodations, and vendor management.
- Support in developing event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to align events with business objectives.
- Manage event registrations, invitations, and attendee engagement.
- Provide post-event reporting, feedback collection, and photo documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Prior event management or coordination experience (internships or 1–2 years).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in photography and basic editing tools (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.What We Offer
