Responsibilities :

Maintenance and Repairs : Service and repair commercial air conditioning systems

Diagnostics and Troubleshooting : Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.

Routine Inspections : Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

Customer Interaction : Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.

Safety and Standards : Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.

Stay Sharp : Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.

Qualifications :

Experience Matters : At least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on commercial systems.

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.

Customer Focus : Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Certifications Required : EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.

Reliability : Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Clean Record : Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
